A very large contact file is hard to manage. All your contacts are stored together, and you will have to spend quite some time trying to look for a specific contact within the file. The process of accessing the file may be frustrating and handling several thousand contacts is no easy task at all.

In order to solve this problem, it would be easier if you split your contacts into different files. This process can easily be done by using Softaken Software Split vCard Software.

Just open the tool, add the VCF file, and look through the contacts. After that, splitting can be done in a few clicks. Each contact gets saved separately with full details like name, number, email, and other information. Nothing gets changed, so everything stays as it is.

It also works with common vCard formats, so contacts can be used easily on phones, email, or any contact app. Even large files are handled without trouble, and there’s also an option to pick only selected contacts if needed.

Overall, it just makes a messy contact file easier to manage and use.
